We guarantee the authenticity our Items and the accuracy of our descriptions. However, due to the pre-owned nature of many of our Items we do not offer a product warranty. All items are sold As-Is. Please carefully view all photos using the zoom/enlarge feature, read the description and pay close attention to all measurements. Contact us with questions prior to making a purchase.


Returns & Refunds

Not satisfied with your purchase? Returns are accepted on non-final sale Items when ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Item(s) with receipt are returned/postmarked within (10) calendar days of delivery.
  • Our security tag has not been removed or tampered with.
  • Item(s) are returned in the exact condition as purchased with any ancillary items.
  • Original shipping costs paid and customs fees are non-refundable.*
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.*
  • Final Sale Items are not eligible for return.*

  • High definition pictures are taken prior to shipment. Each return will be inspected before a refund is processed. Item(s) not returned in the exact condition as purchased or without their ancillary items will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

    Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. Perks earned on the order will be reversed.



    Duplicate Sale of Item

    Items purchased directly from us are updated in our system instantly. However, some Items are also listed on 3rd party sites where information is transferred less frequently, creating the potential of duplicate sale of the Item. Should a duplicate sale occur, the order will be cancelled, payment refunded and a $10 promotional coupon issued for the inconvenience (expires after 90 days of issuance).
